FULL MEMBERSHIP
PROPERTY OWNER

Initiation Fee: $5,000.00
Annual Dues and Fees: $3,000.00
Highlights:
Annual dues allows 5 day in advance tee times. Includes greens fees, discounts on merchandise., unlimited driving range and practice academy, and discounts on food and beverage (excluding banquets.) Use of pool also included.

NON-PROPERTY OWNER

Initiation Fee: $7,500.00
Annual Dues and Fees: $3,900.00

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
PROPERTY OWNER

Initiation Fee: $1,000.00
Annual Dues : $600.00
Highlights: Annual dues allows eligibility for member functions, ability to charge to a member account, 10% discount on food and beverage (excluding banquets) and discounts on merchandise. Use of pool also included. NON PROPERTY OWNER Initiation Fee: $1,500.00 Annual Dues : $900.00 annual dues allows eligibility for member functions, ability to charge to a member account, 10% discount on food and beverage (excluding banquets) and discounts on merchandise. Use of pool also included.
 

CORPORATE
FULL MEMBERSHIP

Initiation Fee: $6,000.00 each Minimum of two Designees Each additional Designee $5,000.00
Annual Dues and Fees: $3,900.00 if paid annually or $325.00 billed monthly, per Designee.
Highlights:
Allows 5 day advance tee times. Includes green fees, discounts on merchandise, and discounts on food and beverage (excluding banquets.) Unlimited use of driving range and practice academy. Includes use of pool. Transfer fee: $500.00 per Designee
 

CORPORATE
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Initiation Fee: $1,250.00 each Minimum of two Designees Each additional Designee $1,000.00
Annual Dues and Fees: $900 if paid annually or $75.00 billed monthly, per Designee.
Highlights:
Allows eligibility for member functions, ability to charge to a member account, 10% discount on food and beverage (excluding banquets), and discounts on merchandise. Use of pool also included. Transfer fee: $100.00 per Designee
